  Sahaja has taught me that we have an opportunity to gain insight about our lives in many different ways. She has made me understand that we just need to learn how to become better listeners. I was very fortunate to connect with Sahaja in a new online format (something very different for me) - and I loved the experience. You won't find any-one better within this field, in any mode of delivery.

  I have been to see Sahaja for help with getting through grief and anxiety. She has an amazingly kind and nurturing presence, and every time I've seen her I've come away feeling enlightened and somehow "lighter". She is magical! She has a special way of investigating each person holistically through communication with the body. I highly recommend seeing Sahaja if you feel there are issues within you and perhaps other methods are not getting to the bottom of it, or just if you want a mind body holistic approach to your issues. Thank you Sahaja

  Sahaja has a wonderful way of making you feel completely at ease and comfortable while doing both psychological and body work. Her ability to always be present in the moment and provide healing has been a true source of inspiration to me as we have worked through a number of different challenges together. I always look forward to our time together and can’t wait to see what we uncover next.

  I have been having kinesiology sessions with Sahaja for the past 17 years, however I recently met a friend who lives nearby and is a kinesiologist. She did a treatment for me which was relaxing and beautiful.
  However a week later I felt it didn’t quite get to the true cause of the suffering and frustration.
  So I went to Sahaja and received an amazing treatment. I find her style to be more in-depth as she talks you through the process so well , gradually opening you up and connecting the past and present so beautifully. What a blessing to have her in my life for the past 17 years as an ongoing practitioner who knows me and is truly transparent in her wholistic approach. I feel very blessed

  Sahaja is a gifted healer of tremendous wisdom. Through my sessions with her, I have frequently experienced the startle of genuine insight (which even years of therapy did not yield). These moments of clarity have allowed me to drop negative thought patterns, behaviours and neuroses - and even successfully wean off antidepressants, which I had been relying on for 4 years . Sahaja believes you - and your body - already contain the answers within. With gentle guidance and her intuitive gifts, she peels back the layers of the mind, the physical body, and the spirit to help you see the truth. Kinesiology with Sahaja is an incredible experience and I could not recommend her more highly!
